Head of Finance Russia Relocate to Bangkok

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-scaling multinational group. This role will drive end-to-end financial management build scalable systems and provide insights that shape business growth and investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Governance

• Establish and oversee accounting reporting payroll and expense systems across entities.
• Design and implement internal controls payment workflows and banking arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations.

Budgeting Forecasting & Analysis

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; develop dynamic financial models and reports.
• Monitor performance cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Identify risks and implement control frameworks to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

• Advise leadership on financial strategy fundraising and capital allocation.
• Prepare investor reports due diligence materials and support financing rounds ($100M).
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business and financial priorities.
• Manage relationships with auditors regulators and financial institutions.

Leadership & People Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team; promote accountability and collaboration.
• Drive continuous process improvement automation and scalability across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA ACCA or CFA preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive finance experience including 3-5 years in a Head of Finance/CFO capacity.
• Proven track record in fundraising or managing multi-market financial structures ($100M).
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (9 15 16) and multi-currency consolidation.
• Experience in gaming fintech or payments industries preferred (PSP AML/CTF player fund segregation).
• Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
