About the Role
Join a leading Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative supporting German-speaking clients in a dynamic and professional environment. You will handle inquiries via phone and email providing accurate information claims guidance and exceptional customer support for all insurance-related matters.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):
07:30 AM 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Days off: Weekends
Contract Details
- Type of Contract: CDD (6 months) renewable
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 100 gross x 12 months
- Complexity Bonus: 100 gross x 12 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance:
Available from day 1 of your contract (small monthly fee).
Fully free after 6 months of continuous employment.
Additional Compensation (Braga Position Bonus)
- 20 gross x 12 months
Relocation Support (Lisbon only)
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) after 6th month of the contract
- Relocation Package: Room in shared company apartment (max. 12 months) Rent: 280/month (utilities included deducted directly from payslip)
Welcome Bonus
For hires starting from 1st September 2025 onward:
- Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
- Payment is conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
Please note:
The Welcome Bonus is not part of the fixed salary payment depends on attendance compliance.
Your Profile
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication problem-solving and empathy skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
- Availability to work fully on-site in Lisbon
