Rate of Pay: 18.27 - 24.09 per hour
Summary:
To provide high-quality administrative and casework support within Westminster City Councils Homeless Services team ensuring effective communication accurate record-keeping and timely resolution of service user queries. This role plays a key part in supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with staff and service users via email and telephone.
- Maintain and update case information accurately on systems and spreadsheets.
- Proactively manage queries and workstreams through to resolution.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with service users particularly those in challenging situations.
- Draft professional correspondence compile reports and ensure all documentation is compliant.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in homelessness services or related sector.
- Proven case management experience.
- Strong written and numerical skills.
- Confident and empathetic telephone communication.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively under pressure.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
