We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This crucial role will drive performance and profitability across multiple brands through targeted paid media strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical creative and experienced in driving measurable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns:
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Develop manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn and TikTok. This includes conducting keyword research audience targeting competitor analysis and monitoring campaign budgets and bids for maximum cost efficiency and ROI.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular audits and strategic analysis to improve campaign performance. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preparing and presenting performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement compelling ad copy and strategies tailored to specific audiences. A/B test ad creatives copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates and collaborate with creative and content teams on design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing creative content and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and ensure successful execution of multi-brand strategies.
- Efficiency & Innovation: Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends platform updates and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media management with a proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROAS.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills with proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics GA4).
- Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English for copywriting and campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels conversion tracking and attribution models.
Nice-to-Have
- French language skills are a strong plus for copywriting and campaign execution.
- Experience with B2B and DTC/B2C paid marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of creative design principles and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
