Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales and demand forecasts based on market analyses sales targets and historical data
- Manage and placement of purchase orders in our production plants
- Develop ordering strategies considering market requirements and production capacities
- Plan and manage vehicle allocation to our dealer network in line with demand
- Derive recommendations for optimal allocation in case of shortages or delivery delays
- Continuously review and adjust order production volumes based on current market and sales developments
- Closely coordinate with internal departments to ensure market-oriented vehicle supply
- Identify bottlenecks and develop as well as implement countermeasures
- Prepare and analyze forecast reports and variance analyses
- Provide support in cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification ideally with a focus on automotive or supply chain / demand planning
- Professional experience in production planning or allocation management preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong analytical skills high affinity for numbers and attention to detail
- Confident handling of MS Excel and ERP/planning systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent German and business-fluent English skills
