Job Summary

Job Purpose and Impact:

Program Manager will lead and coordinate operational aspects of ongoing procurement and governance workstreams and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning project team and leadership.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management and an understanding of procurement processes and enabling technologies.


Key Accountabilities:

Manage program timelines and deliverables

Facilitate program meetings and ensure workstreams are effectively connected

Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

Adhere to internal and external quality standards.

Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost timing and staffing.

Coordinate and comply with organization change management framework.

Organize project teams assign individual responsibilities develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.

Implement budget tracking demand and capacity models and organize quarterly forecasting.

Collaborate with teams to define develop and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project standards.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Other duties as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

5 years of project/program management experience preferably in procurement or finance transformation.

Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems.

Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP Oracle Ariba Coupa).

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

PMP Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
