Position Summary Description:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Function Team Leads primary responsibility is leading the Functional Analyst in supporting the user and implementing custom solutions that enhance our financial operational and analytical capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). This position will play a pivotal role by providing leadership and assistance to the Analysts and end users to improve our existing implementation of D365 F&O while working with Management to identify business process that can benefit from using D365 F&O that will improve efficiency and reduce overhead. This position will work as part of a Financial Applications Management Team comprised of Developers Analyst and Data Administrators. This is a hybrid position with periodic travel to company locations within the US.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Function Team Lead will also be responsible for working with the team to provide support for the system configuration upgrade change management monitoring auditing and integrations for Select Water Solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system and components.


Qualifications:

  1. 10 years of experience in the implementation functional support and auditing of D365 F&O systems as a consultant and end user.
  2. Preferred experience in Finance Supply Chain and Project Management.
  3. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science Accounting Management Information Systems or related field.
  4. Experience with data management processes as it relates to the Financial Applications
  5. An understanding of the Agile development framework and knowledge of leveraging Azure DevOps within the SDLC process.
  6. An understanding of the SCRUM methodology for tracking issues and enhancements.
  7. Experience with D365 Supply Chain Advanced Warehousing
  8. Knowledge of RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Testing)
  9. Knowledge of Power platform (Power BI Power Automate and PowerApps) and F&O integration.
  10. Knowledge of best practices in D365 F&O development


Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Functional Analyst in supporting and improving the end users experience with the finance related applications.
  2. Work with the Application Architect and technical staff to ensure any enhancements or customizations meet the users requirements without jeopardizing the applications performance.
  3. Work with Microsoft and ISV vendors to timely resolve any issues that cannot be resolved internally.
  4. Verify and sign-off on all enhancements parameter changes and customizations prior to releasing them to the end users for final testing.
  5. Identify at risks processes within the Companys current business processes model and provide viable solutions.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attend weekly scheduled SRUM meetings for managing sprints.
  2. Meet with the Functional Analyst weekly basis.
  3. Collaborate with the Functional Analyst to ensure they have the understanding and knowledge required to complete their support tasks.
  4. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and improvement processes.
  5. Assist in implementing best practices and improve the ongoing support process.
  6. Review and sign-off on all code during the SDLC.
  7. Uses the Companys Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.
