MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the development and configuration of features within the Colleges multi-org Salesforce CRM environment which utilizes Education Data Architecture (EDA) and Sales Cloud.
Complete assigned development tasks such as user account setup page layouts workflows validation rules and basic automation.
Collaborate with the CRM Team to troubleshoot issues document solutions and implement enhancements.
Provides technical evaluation and completion of new development requests and potential road map technical evaluations.
Continue to learn and apply Salesforce development best practices (coding standards security considerations scalability) under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in code reviews and testing efforts to ensure high-quality deployments.
Assist in maintaining integrations and data feeds between Salesforce and other systems.
Contribute to building basic Lightning Web Components (LWCs) Visualforce pages and simple Apex classes or triggers with mentorship and oversight.
Maintain clear documentation of code configuration changes and processes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Coursework internship experience or hands-on projects related to Salesforce CRM development or a related technical field required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or active pursuit is required.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform (Lightning experience preferred).
Basic understanding of Apex Visualforce HTML CSS and JavaScript is desired.
Understanding of DevOps Release Management. Experience with Copado preferred.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum or project delivery methodologies is a plus.
Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines handle and prioritize requests with a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; willingness to learn from feedback.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position that will require some time worked from the physical campus work location in Indianapolis compliance with the Colleges Out of State Workers Policy only candidates who will reside in and work from the states of Indiana Illinois Kentucky Michigan and Ohio will be considered for this position.
