Job Summary

Our community is filling up fast with new residents and we are seeking an additional Residential Care Coordinator to join our team! Competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caregivers including supervision training and performance evaluations
  • Assist with department schedules and hiring ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all times maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure resident care is being done per assessment and documenting regularly reviewing and updating care plans
  • Assist and manage resident emergencies coordinating with medical professionals when necessary
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Facilitate communication between residents families and staff members
  • Organize and lead resident care conferences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resident care
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the care department
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assisted living care
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

 


Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a RCC Med Tech or Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Previous supervisor or management experience
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and digital documentation
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
