Job Summary
Strategic Business Systems Inc is hiring a Senior NetApp Engineerto provide onsite engineering services andguidance to the customerin CupertinoC A He or Shewill need to be local to the Bay Area and expected to go to local Data Center when addition he or she should be ableto install configure maintain and upgrade NetApp/ AFF systems.

This role involves hands-on deployment troubleshooting and support of AFF systems across multiple global locations as part of a dedicated tech refresh and migration project
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation and configuration of AFF (All Flash FAS) systems.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and diagnostics for AFF hardware and OnTap issues.
- Execute break/fix tasks and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with local and remote teams to ensure smooth migration and tech refresh activities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Experience with AFF system installation and configurations.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with break/fix support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively including internationally.
Ansible experience would be a plus
