Licensed Insurance Agent (Commercial & Personal Lines)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join a team. This role focuses primarily on Commercial Lines with some Personal Lines responsibilities. The position is onsite offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. As part of the team you will handle inbound leads build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $55000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Handle both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines insurance needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Utilize agency management systems and quoting platforms to process applications and manage client accounts.
- Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and carrier systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 2-20 Florida Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience ideally in both personal and commercial lines.
- Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and carrier systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g. Applied Epic AMS360) quoting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
