Job Summary
The Dealer performs all dealing services at an assigned table to customers in accordance with established policies procedures and gaming regulations.
- Performs all dealing services at an assigned table to customers in accordance with established policies procedures and gaming regulations.
- Maintain an ongoing inspection of cards or dice ensuring the security and integrity of the assigned table.
- Exchange the customers currency for gaming chips.
- Maintains outstanding levels of customer service.
- Reports directly to the Casino Floor Supervisor and above.
Qualifications :
- Solid customer relations skills and professional image.
- Thorough knowledge of at least two games.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to observe and listen carefully mental and visual alertness peripheral vision and good eye/hand coordination.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Displays knowledge of game protection and security procedures.
