The Retail Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at the sales outlets in line with company guidelines. The core responsibilities of this role are: 1) creating shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and the requirements of the sales outlets; 2) supervising and monitoring the assigned sales outlets ensuring compliance with brand image standards maintaining constant contact with the assigned stores both on-site and remotely; 3) training store personnel on the design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their realisation.
1.01 Supports the Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy through the operational execution of Visual Merchandising activities (window rotation remerchandising etc.) on the assigned sales points
1.02 Takes care of the creation of window displays and merchandising in accordance with commercial needs and the product present in the POS consistently with the guidelines designated by the Brand and company standards
1.03 Develops training activities in the points of sale aimed at understanding the techniques and logic underlying visual merchandising in order to guarantee the correct creation of shop windows and merchandising
1.04 Ensures compliance with the timing of the activities to be implemented in the stores planned with the Visual Merchandiser Manager
1.05 Constantly monitors the sales trend in order to constantly verify the effectiveness of the activities implement and orient the visual merchandising strategy
1.06 Reports to Visual Merchandiser Manager structured feedback relating to the needs of the commercial network
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones Responsibilities
