What Youll Be Doing:
Content: Youll be working closely with our marketing team to craft schedule and post content across LinkedIn TikTok Instagram and our website. Were talking reels carousels and posts that get engagement not just likes.
The AI Edge: This is key. Youll be our internal expert researching and testing new AI tools to make our team smarter and faster.
Visual Flex: Help us build a massive marketing portfolio designing neat case studies and visual collateral that show off our biggest projects.
Data Driven: Ditch the guesswork. Youll help track campaign performance and figure out whats hitting and whats missing so we can optimise our strategy.
Internal Comms: Keep the whole team in the loop so everyone knows the latest projects wins and updates.
Admin & Flow: Keep the whole marketing engine running smoothly from managing our marketing library to assisting with event preparation and coordinating campaigns.
What Well Need From You
Youve got a Marketing or Communications qualification
AI is Your Hobby: You dont just know what AI is; youve actually used it played with it and youre excited to apply it to a real business challenge.
Social Media Native: You instinctively know the difference between great LinkedIn content and an Instagram reel that generates engagement.
The Vibe: Youre a self-starter super organised and genuinely keen to learn. We need excellent writing skills and an eye for detail.
Design Tools: If you know your way around Microsoft Office and Adobe software thats a massive plus.
