Commercial Senior Associate - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Act across a range of sectors
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of high value and complex commercial contracts
- Lead on major projects and assistin developing innovative cutting-edge contract structures
- Advise on PFI expiry/variation and future public private partnerships
- Opportunity to work on procurement issues and develop skills
- Lead and participate in business development initiatives
- 7years PQE in commercial law
- Experience working with government departments or for private sector companies contracting with government
- Ambitious and commercially-minded
