Senior Software Engineer

Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation (every 34 months) and release deployments to ensure platform availability and reliability.
Stay engaged and connected with occasional travel (up to 15%) to participate in company events workshops and conferences.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Extensive experience developing high-volume transactional SaaS web applications with strong expertise in T-SQL SQL Server performance tuning and Agile methodologies; preferred background 4.54.7 Web API LINQ SSRS/SSIS Entity Framework Test Driven Development real-time financial systems automated unit testing and business modeling using UML and use cases.
Experience: 3 years of software development experience with deep expertise in web application development using C# .NET Core WCF RESTful services MS SQL Server/T-SQL and object-oriented design along with hands-on experience in Azure cloud solutions Kubernetes environments and microservices architecture.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related discipline isrequired. Mastersdegree preferred.
Location: This roles requires you to be in the office 25% of the time in either our Boston MA; Maitland FL; or Milwaukee WI location.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
