Job Summary
ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing necessary skills and demonstrating knowledge relating to the general maintenance of the propertytoprovideapositiveguestexperience.Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjobtheemployeeisregularlyrequired to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. All other duties assigned by management.
Responsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftablegamesequipmentincludingbutnotlimitedtogamingtables.All dutiesaretobeperformedwithintheguidelinesof HorseshoeIndianapolis policiesandproceduresInternalControl Standards and Indiana Gaming Regulations.
QUALFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one to two (1-2) years experience in general maintenance; or an equivalentcombinationofeducationand/orworkexperience.MustbeabletoobtainanIndianaHorseRacingLicense.
EngineerIMustpossesscertificationofCFC608andhaveanyoffollowingasminimumexperience:
Two(2)yearsofexperienceinamaintenancefieldrelatedtoorapplicabletothehospitalityor service industry.
Two (2) years of experience in a maintenance field related to facilities or building maintenancewherejobresponsibilitiesincludedaspectssignificantlycomparabletothe maintenanceandrepairoftheelectricalandmechanicalsystemspertinenttothefacility.
Completed 18 credit hours trade-related (pertinent to trades required in the position) courseworkatatradeschooluniversityorcollege(ElectricalmechanicalHVACIndustrial facility or building maintenance machine tool technology). Transcripts required.
VerifiableDocumentationofpersonalexperienceandpracticaldemonstrationofproficiency within technical areas pertinent to the position.
