School Nurse Chorus - Central Florida Trip

Stipend: $600

Description:

High School Chorus Trip

School Nurse RN preferred to accompany and provide nursing assessment and care to high school and middle school students while in Florida.

Duties include: Preparation prior to the field trip obtaining medications including medication ordersproviding and documenting medications and treatments given assessing students providing first aid.

*First Aid bagwill be provided as well as student medical information and documentation binder.*

Attending meetings with staff and familiesas needed.

Flights hotel accomodations park tickets (Disney and Universal) and transportation to theme parks will be provided. Must be available to students throughout the trip.

Trip leaves December 11 and returns December 16.
