Senior Sourcing Advisor - The role:
As Senior Sourcing Advisor youll be at the heart of our Finance team driving strategic sourcing and supplier management for key business categories. This is your chance to shape procurement processes champion sustainability and collaborate across a diverse high-performing network.
What youll do:
- Execute sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships to align with firm goals.
- Ensure cost efficiency compliance and streamlined procurement processes.
- Specialise in Travel Marketing and Business Development with support for HR Information & Research Learning & Development and Operations.
- Conduct supplier research recommend cost-effective and quality-driven options and develop category strategies.
- Onboard vendors manage due diligence and conduct supplier audits in partnership with Legal Finance Data Privacy and Information Security.
- Prepare detailed reports on sourcing performance vendor compliance and financial impact for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee supplier management including business reviews performance monitoring and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive technology adoption with a focus on AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Integrate Carbon ESG and DE&I initiatives into responsible sourcing strategies for ethical and sustainable supply chains.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with suppliers including negotiating pricing terms and identifying opportunities for improvement.
