About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a substitute Fitness Floor Attendant and/or Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site in Fort Worth Texas (TX) (zip code 76104).

If you are interested in fitness & wellness we are looking for a Fitness Floor Attendant with the possibility to get extra hours if you have a group exercise certification OR if you are a Group Class Instructor looking to get extra hours - we are in need of a Fitness Floor Attendant!

This is an on-call / substitute position working on an as needed basis when regular staff memebers are unable to work.

Minimum Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Group Exercise certification from ACE AFAA/NASM ACSM NCCPT or NETA or HealthFitness approved specialty certification required to teach Group Classes.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association American Red Cross National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Physical demands require having the ability to lift up to 40 lb. weights for restacking.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Flu vaccination required.

Compensation: $16/hour - $40/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
