Job Summary
Property Acquisitions Manager - Fitness Franchise
50k basic salary plus OTE
National travel required London based HO (2 x a week in office)
Were looking for a Property Acquisitions Manager to drive growth by securing prime locations across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships spotting opportunities and nurturing deals through to close to support long-term business success.
What youll do:
- Identify and secure high-quality sites using market insights and strong industry connections.
- Leading all negotiations legal compliance and property suitability guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords agents and developers.
- Track property trends and ensure expansion plans align with market opportunities
- Support franchisees with advice and guidance on lease terms
- Represent the brand at industry events and strengthen its presence in the property sector
What were looking for:
- 3 years experience in property acquisitions or business development
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Background in retail fitness or hospitality leasing is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategy
- A proactive leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution
