Job Summary
Are you a recent IT graduate eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Graduate Trainee.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (hardware and software troubleshooting).
- Assist with network setup monitoring and maintenance.
- Support system and software upgrades under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Contribute to cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.
- Participate in ongoing IT projects and research emerging technologies.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems networks and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field.
