Tasks
- Organize and manage files documents and other important records to keep the office running smoothly.
- Assist in handling incoming calls and emails to ensure prompt and professional responses to clients and team members.
- Support the data entry process by updating spreadsheets and databases with accurate and timely information.
- Help prepare reports and presentations by gathering relevant data and creating clear engaging documents.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics to make sure everything runs without a hitch.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
