Job Summary:
Responsible for installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
customer complaints
2 Understand complaints and identify root cause
3 Visit client site
4 Analyse and rectify complaints
5. Provide solutions for closing of complaint case
6 Prepare and submit service reports
7 To collect customer satisfaction report.
8 Submit all the reports to dept HOD
9 Ready to travel all over India for site visits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: ITI (Electrician Trade) NCVT/SCVT certified.
Experience: 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.
Salary Range:
The monthly CTC for candidates with 0 to 1 year experience would be between 15000 to 18000 & job location would be Silvassa in Gujarat & candidates residing in Daman & Diu / Silvassa would be preferred & is open for providing bachelor basis sharing accomodation of company at Silvassa.
