We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg South Africa. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for senior executives
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
- Screen and prioritise incoming calls emails and visitors
- Organise and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties
- Assist with event planning and coordination when required
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 8 -15 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in calendar management and travel planning
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
- Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant administrative certifications are advantageous
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional demeanour and a supportive attitude
