Primary Function:
- Provide administration support to Property Managers and team members
- Report to the Department Manager at all times and ensure documentation is compliant with policies and procedures
- Maintain external compliance with government authorities and legislative requirements
Compliance: Comply with policies and procedures
Lease production
- Review and Process property Applications
- Liaise with applicants regarding their application and preferences
Administration
- Check and approve reoccurring invoices such as invoices incl OC levy Council Rates Water Rates and Compliance
- Data/Invoice entry in Console
- Prepare and assist with various other software applications
Compliance
- Send disclosure statements to Rental Provider for completion
- Follow up with Rental Providers to ensure they complete and return disclosure
Communication & Interaction
- Report to the Department Manager to escalate any complaints
- Work with Trust Accounts to provide them with accurate documentation
- Report critical issues and new business potential to Department Manager

- Be courteous and show respect to others
- Support and encourage the knowledge capability confidence and motivation amongst team members
- Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the workplace

Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.
