Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Interior Designer Virtual Staging Team
Requirements
Stage interiors by transforming property photos using the companys digital platform and design tools
Uphold aesthetic and quality standards within allotted timeframes
Complete 2030 design assignments daily with consistency and accuracy
Work with colleagues to refine workflows share best practices and improve efficiency
Participate in testing and implementing upgrades or features in staging tools
Qualifications
Degree or certification in Interior Design or related discipline
Proven proficiency with digital design rendering and staging tools
Strong visual portfolio showcasing a range of interior design styles
Excellent attention to aesthetics spatial composition and detail
Capacity to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

First 2 Weeks Onboarding & Training
Complete full training on staging tools and company workflows
Shadow senior designers and learn standard operating procedures
First Month Proficiency & Independence
Demonstrate skill and confidence with tools and independent execution
Meet deadlines and maintain 95% accuracy on assigned projects
First 90 Days Volume & Quality Consistency
Regularly deliver 2030 completed designs per day
Maintain or exceed internal quality benchmarks
First 180 Days Process Improvement
Suggest and apply at least one workflow or tool enhancement
Collaborate on refining team-wide best practices
First Year Leadership & Innovation
Drive a pilot or test for a new feature or platform enhancement
Review performance propose next-phase design initiatives

Required Skills:
Required: Bachelors degree or certification in Interior Design. Proven experience in digital design platforms (e.g. Photoshop SketchUp AutoCAD or proprietary staging tools). Portfolio showcasing range and creativity in interior layouts furnishings and color palettes. Exceptional attention to detail and design precision. Ability to manage high-volume creative work under tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience in virtual staging 3D visualization or photo-based design work. Familiarity with AI-assisted rendering tools or automation-based staging software. Previous exposure to real estate or property marketing visuals.
