Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers and provide detailed product information including features benefits pricing and care.

Assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their needs and preferences.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally and effectively.

Merchandising & Inventory:

Arrange and maintain attractive clean and well-organized jewelry displays.

Manage inventory conduct stock control and assist with stock replenishment.

Transaction & Administration:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.

Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed sales records.

Product Knowledge & Trends:

Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products gemstones metals and current trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in sales preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.

Customer Service: Strong passion for selling and providing excellent customer service.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of jewelry products and current trends.

Other Skills: A keen eye for aesthetic presentation high integrity attention to detail and the ability to build client relationships.

Work Environment

The role often requires working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
