Technical Project Manager – Rehabilitation Systems

At DIH and Motek we transform rehabilitation with robotics motion capture and VR. As Technical Project Manager you will take ownership of our flagship systems CAREN GRAIL and M-Gait ensuring they remain world-leading solutions that help patients regain mobility and independence.

In this role you will lead cross-functional projects safeguard technical excellence and manage the lifecycle of complex medical devices that are trusted by clinicians and researchers worldwide. What youll do

• Lead projects: Manage scope cost quality and timing of development and maintenance projects while reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Own the products: Serve as the technical lead forCAREN GRAIL and M-Gait including responsibility for product documentation (DHF DMR design assurance risk management files).
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with development clinical application product management production procurement technical service regulatory quality and manufacturing teams.
• Drive execution: Plan and implement work packages deadlines and budgets while managing requirements changes and risks.

What you bring

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in engineering science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in an industrial regulated environment (medical devices preferred).
• Certified project management training (Agile CAPM PMP IPMA) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Design Control) ISO 14971 IEC 60601-1 and preferably EN 62366-1.
• Open communicative and team-oriented personality.
• Excellent English skills (Dutch is an advantage).
