Job Summary
Scope of Responsibilities
- Contribute in appraising company or asset values using the income market or asset-based approaches for transactions financial reporting or tax purposes.
- Conduct business analysis and financial instrument valuations prepare necessary reports in accordance with valuation standards.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support valuation analysis.
- Perform equity and industry research including management interviews and site visits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Finance Accounting Business or related disciplines. Overseas graduates are welcome.
- 1 years of experience in banks financial institutions financial investments or Big 4 audit firms will be an advantage. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Proficient in interpreting financial and contract terms with excellent English writing skills
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
- CFA qualification is an advantage but not required.
