Position Description:
Enhances the quality of life for people receiving long term care services to include individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities receiving residential day employment and supported living services by providing direct support to individuals and families as well as teaching & training Direct Support Professionals so they can provide mentoring and support to the individuals in services. The SoCO Services Program Manager will be responsible for the expansion of PPCH services into the Southern Colorado region. This position will work 30 hours per week and may become full-time over time and as business needs dictate. This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
