Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication is seeking a Production Inventory Coordinator (Level B) to join our Fulfillment Team in Orangeburg South Carolina on 1st Shift.

We are looking for candidates to exhibit Boeing Behaviors and maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job. This is a 100% onsite role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Processes and moves production parts and other materials into and out of storage production and other locations supporting flow of production following standard work instructions

  • Monitors and analyzes work in process

  • Adheres to compliance requirements

  • Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability

  • Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures & processes

  • Collaborates & coordinates with various functions & teams to set priorities expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays

  • Proactively escalates potential issues

  • Possesses a mindset of Safety and First Pass Quality

  • Learns and then exhibits the Boeing Behaviors

  • Works under limited supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Forklift license or ability to obtain

  • Ability to lift push and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis

  • Ability to walk stand climb and descend stairs; bend and lift items; package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift

  • Experience with inventory control

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience directly communicating and coordinating daily with customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment

  • 1 years of experience with CMES and ERPLN (or equivalent inventory systems)

  • High school diploma or GED

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift. Willingness to work any shift based on future business needs & overtime as needed will be required.
