We are looking for an experienced professionalTalent Manager

Key tasks andResponsibilities:

• Lead supervise and support training development and career planning activities
• Identify needs design and implement development opportunities that afford both personal and professional growth
• Deal with training providers when necessary
• Manage Succession Planning process and partner with Leaders toidentify and implement appropriate development actions
• Budget planning and reporting
• Work withHR metrics analyze and investigate causes and trends
• Ensure efficient internal communication system

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• University Degree
• Masters Degree required
• 5 years of professionalexperience inHR
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Strong communication relationship building organization counseling and facilitation influence skills with the ability towork both inateam and make decisions independently.
• Computer skills: Word Excel Internet acumen SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills
