Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C2 level or native proficiency) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer support tools.
