Role Overview:

As the Asset Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator you will lead and coach a dedicated team of Asset Maintenance Officers to ensure properties are safe compliant and well maintained for CHLs customers across a QLD portfolio.
This senior role is responsible for delivering asset and facility management services for the Asset team coordinating maintenance programs managing contractors and supporting strategic improvement initiatives across CHLs asset portfolio. Youll provide technical and operational advice to housing and maintenance teams oversee building condition surveys manage budgets and ensure compliance with WHS quality and reporting standards.
With a strong focus on leadership collaboration and continuous improvement you will help drive service excellence ensure efficient asset performance and contribute to maintaining a positive and safe work environment for staff and tenants alike.
