Job Description
To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment stoves grills prep tables etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area floors and walls.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Heavy duty cleaning of ovens hoods grills sinks wall floors and other heavy equipment.
- Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
- Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
- Must be able to read write and comprehend English.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
