We are seeking a courteous dependable and experienced Valet Parking Attendant to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital valet experience demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide a welcoming first impression to patients visitors and staff. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to ensure clear communication with our diverse community.
Pay: $18.50 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients visitors and staff with professionalism and compassion.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist individuals with mobility needs including opening doors and providing directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and valet team members.
- Handle keys and vehicles responsibly ensuring security and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service especially in high-stress or sensitive situations.
- Report any incidents damages or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Uphold hospital policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospital valet experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable.
- Must be able to stand walk and run for extended periods.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
