Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Factorial were looking for an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. This role is crucial for helping us attract engage and onboard top engineering talent as we grow and pursue our ambitious plans for 2026.

About the role

As an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineering roles. Your work will help us build dynamic high-performing teams that accelerate Factorials success across markets.

Your Mission

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering roles: schedule interviews coordinate with engineering teams provide timely feedback and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Screen and evaluate candidates: review resumes conduct phone interviews assessments and behavioral interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with engineering stakeholders (hiring managers tech leads managers) to understand team needs and advise on recruitment strategy.

• Innovate in sourcing: propose new methods for attracting top engineering talent manage talent communities and represent Factorial at tech events.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

• Proactively source passive candidates and engage them through multiple channels.

• Support People team initiatives: contribute to projects in People Analytics Recruitment Training Employee Engagement Diversity & Inclusion and more.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Passionate about recruitment and eager to work with diverse roles across the organization from engineering to sales finance and beyond.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre a natural people person.

• Organized detail-oriented and adaptable thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

• Quick learner proactive and motivated to continuously improve processes and candidate experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is which includes a fixed base plus a performance-based quarterly bonus. We focus on your knowledge and skills rather than the number of years of experience
