Job Summary

Genesis Medical Center Silvis is looking for an OB/GYN to fill their need!

Schedule:
Patient Contact Hours: 24 hour in-house hospital coverage (The locums is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretches)
Clinic Days: Hospital only
Shifts per month: 6-8 shifts per month
Shift length: 24 hours
Procedure/OR days: As Needed
On Call: 24-hours shift
Details:
Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes labor and delivery floor at the Silvis Campus
Telehealth: No
Services offered in the practice: Vaginal deliveries C-sections circumcisions
Number of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A (Hospital-based coverage only)
Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-15 triages a day plus deliveries
All OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.
Patient Demographics: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patients
EMR: Cerner
Job Responsibilities:
Provide 24-hour in house call coverage on the labor & delivery floor including management of obstetric patients deliveries emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations.
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
Orientation
Hourly ($310 rate cap)
Holiday Hourly
Overtime
Holiday Overtime
Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)
Travel Reimbursements:
Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate

Requirement description :
Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED - please upload LOQ at time of name clear
Must be experienced - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/No Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED - will review case-by-case
