Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the firms growing global infrastructure.
  • Design architect and support a reliable and scalable environment.
  • Ensure teams have the tools and resources needed for rapid deployment automation and innovation.
  • Deploy configure and maintain Windows Server OS Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and related services.
  • Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi vCenter Hyper-V and Citrix (Xendesktop/App Layering/DaaS).
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks including racking/configuring physical servers (Dell PowerEdge).
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Workspace One and Jamf.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues using tools such as Wireshark netmon and sysinternals.
  • Develop automation scripts in PowerShell Python or similar languages.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations SOPs and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate on IT security and vulnerability management initiatives (e.g. Qualys).
  • Participate in off-hours weekend and holiday on-call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 6 years of experience designing implementing and supporting scalable mixed OS infrastructures.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory Group Policy SCCM DFS DNS DHCP and Kerberos.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM for server/desktop deployment and automation.
  • Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V Citrix).
  • Knowledge of storage systems (EMC Unity NetApp FAS).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Slack and Linux interoperability (LDAP NFS SALT).
  • Experience managing Atlassian tools (Confluence Jira Status Page) is a plus.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS SSL) and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell Python) and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $90000 $170000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Eligible for discretionary performance bonus
