Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury private nature reserve in the Greater Kruger area. This role requires a dynamic individual who is equally strong in guest relations and administration ensuring the smooth daily operation of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the lodges high standards of hospitality
Manage all front of house operations including check-ins guest billing and general administration
Oversee and manage stock control and ordering processes using the Tall Order system
Handle guest billing and front office operations through the Benson PMS system
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
Support the management team with reporting administrative duties and day-to-day lodge coordination
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar front of house management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Valid drivers licence and own transport essential
Committed professional and guest-oriented approach
Package Details:
Live-in accommodation (basic furnished private unit)
R3200 monthly meal allowance
50% Medical Aid contribution after successful 3-month probation
