Job Summary

Front of House Manager Greater Kruger
Salary: R15000 R16000 (Negotiable DOE) Live-In

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury private nature reserve in the Greater Kruger area. This role requires a dynamic individual who is equally strong in guest relations and administration ensuring the smooth daily operation of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the lodges high standards of hospitality

  • Manage all front of house operations including check-ins guest billing and general administration

  • Oversee and manage stock control and ordering processes using the Tall Order system

  • Handle guest billing and front office operations through the Benson PMS system

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction

  • Support the management team with reporting administrative duties and day-to-day lodge coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar front of house management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Valid drivers licence and own transport essential

  • Committed professional and guest-oriented approach

Package Details:

  • Live-in accommodation (basic furnished private unit)

  • R3200 monthly meal allowance

  • 50% Medical Aid contribution after successful 3-month probation
