Job Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking UI/UX Designer to help in creating UI designs and give support in UX research with Sr. Product Designers. This role will require quick response to any update on the project and collaboration with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Design process from Research Design and Feedback/Testing.
Translate research into User Flow Diagrams Wireframes Mockups and Interactive Prototypes.
Contribute to product roadmap planning.
Collaborate across teams to transform common user activities into simple and enjoyable digital experiences.
Maintain both platform-wide and product-wide Design Systems.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
At least 3 years working in a UI/UX design role.
Strong understanding of Figma for designing user interfaces and user experiences.
Portfolio of work demonstrating UI/UX experience and understanding.
Basic knowledge in developing flow charts around user workflows.
Ability to understand and balance the needs of the business and different levels of product users (owners champions administrators common).
Comfortable working closely and clearly communicating with different teams in a professional setting.

Bonus Points for Experience in:

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Understanding of responsive design and developing interfaces that scale across multiple devices.
