Job Summary

A Technical Project Manager oversees various aspects of projects within the retail sector ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

10 years of total experience preferably in Retail/E-commerce/Supply chain Domains/OMS. (Mandatory)
Any OMS/WMS/Ecommerce/Supply chain experience. (Nice to have)
Strong Project Management Skills.
Good knowledge of SQL and Databases.
Good knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

Job Description:

Ability to do Account mining work on growth strategy etc.
Ability to perform project planning and scheduling manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines.
Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements define scope create estimates and produce project charters.
Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite.
Responsible for multiple project planning scheduling cost control progress reports quality and reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes methodologies and tools ensuring ongoing optimization and innovation in project delivery.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Develop supporting documentation and materials including demonstrations presentations and other tools to ensure solutions are easy to manage and repeatable.
Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.
Ensure high customer connect for the project building processes for all relevant team members to engage with the customer.
Define and track KPIs to measure project success and regularly report progress to stakeholders.
Ability to build proposals (RFPs) for new clients.
Lead the development of proposals for retail projects leveraging your expertise to craft compelling solutions that address client requirements and demonstrate value.
Participate in recruitment process of technical resources.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
