Post client signup accounts will be transitioned to the delivery/account management team your focus will remain purely on new client acquisition.
Market Research & Client Mapping
Identify potential industries companies and key stakeholders.
Maintain a structured client database for outreach.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct cold calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads based on requirements budget and authority.
Client Engagement & Meeting Setup
Pitch company services and value propositions effectively.
Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Track activities responses and progress in CRM systems.
Maintain weekly/monthly reports on outreach and conversions.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet outreach meeting scheduling and qualified lead generation targets.
2-4 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development experience with Recruitment or Staffing companies.
Proven track record in cold calling email campaigns and client prospecting.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Self-motivated target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
