Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Client Acquisition

Location: Saket Delhi

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 2-4 years (preferably with Recruitment / Staffing companies)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive focused on client acquisition. The role involves researching potential clients mapping decision-makers initiating conversations and scheduling qualified meetings. Post client signup accounts will be transitioned to the delivery/account management team your focus will remain purely on new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Client Mapping

    • Identify potential industries companies and key stakeholders.

    • Maintain a structured client database for outreach.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation

    • Conduct cold calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.

    • Qualify leads based on requirements budget and authority.

  • Client Engagement & Meeting Setup

    • Pitch company services and value propositions effectively.

    • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.

  • Sales Pipeline & Reporting

    • Track activities responses and progress in CRM systems.

    • Maintain weekly/monthly reports on outreach and conversions.

  • Target Achievement

    • Consistently meet outreach meeting scheduling and qualified lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development experience with Recruitment or Staffing companies.

  • Proven track record in cold calling email campaigns and client prospecting.

  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

  • Self-motivated target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
