Job Title:Sales Representative/ Sales Head (Indian Market)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientedSales Representativeto join our team in Jabalpur. Youll be responsible for driving revenue growth by closing deals with Indian clients presenting tailored proposals and managing client relationships post-sale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves communicating with clients and can turn qualified leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled sales calls with Indian prospects (B2B clients).
  • Present service offerings and explain how our solutions solve client pain points.
  • Prepare and share professional proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Handle full-cycle sales from initial call to final closure and onboarding.
  • Manage follow-ups with potential clients to move them through the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collect and ensure timely monthly payments from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing delivery and finance teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of proven experience inB2B salesoragency/service-based sales(preferably in digital marketing or SaaS industry).
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Ability to create customized proposals and handle client objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and disciplined with follow-ups.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working from ourJabalpur office.
