Job Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow project delivery from design to deployment ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee cross-functional project teams including developers architects business analysts and key stakeholders.
Manage implementation and optimization of ITSM SPM and ITOM modules including workflows integrations and reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive stakeholder engagement requirements gathering and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as ITIL Agile and CSDM.
Monitor project KPIs and leverage ServiceNow dashboards to report performance metrics.
Coordinate testing user training and go-live activities to ensure successful system adoption.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps module upgrades and new feature roll outs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture or solution delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM SPM and ITOM modules.
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects on time.
