Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks an Sr. Systems Analyst to join our program supporting the Navy. This position is remote. This position requires active Secret clearance.
Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business Administration or other related discipline is preferred.
5 years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
Experience in DoDAF and enterprise architecture tools such as IBMs System Architect.

Duties:

Lead the analysis of system requirements workflows and processes to ensure alignment with mission objectives and PWS requirements.
Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with program managers engineers and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet enterprise needs.
Support system integration and interoperability initiatives across multiple platforms and environments.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain system documentation including requirements specifications and operational procedures.
Monitor and assess system compliance with cybersecurity data governance and federal/defense regulations.
Provide oversight of testing validation and quality assurance processes for new and existing systems.
Generate reports dashboards and presentations to communicate system status and analytical findings to leadership.
Support risk management contingency planning and disaster recovery initiatives related to systems operations.
Mentor junior analysts and technical staff in systems analysis methodologies and best practices.
Identify emerging technologies and provide recommendations for modernization and innovation of systems operations.
Coordinate with logistics infrastructure and program analysis teams to align systems support with organizational strategies.
Participate in audits reviews and inspections related to systems performance and compliance.
