Colliers is offering two exciting opportunities to join our dynamic Service Hub team as a Property & Facilities Coordinator with both full-time and part-time roles this position youll gain hands-on experience in property and facilities operations while working closely with industry professionals and contributing to client strategies.
This is the perfect entry point for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for property occupiers helping resolve day-to-day property challenges
  • Coordinate contractors inspections and access to properties
  • Assist with documentation budgets CAPEX and operational reviews
  • Maintain accurate databases and supplier records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support property managers in executing client strategies
