Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of vacuum furnaces.
Responsible for the completion of PMs and regular oil changes on the vacuum furnaces.
Assist foundry operators with furnace graphite maintenance as required by supervision.
Assist in other plant maintenance work as required by supervision.
Repair and maintain other plant equipment as experience indicates.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers clients co-workers supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

General knowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair.
Experience in general maintenance of plant equipment.
Background in hydraulics plumbing pip fitting welding and soldering needed.
Electrical and electronics experience required to repair furnace controls.
