People & Onboarding Specialist
Rochester NY Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM. This is an in office role.
Base Salary Annual Bonus (DOE). Starting at $20hr

What Youll Do
Lead 3 onboarding sessions per week for new hiresmaking every experience professional and welcoming
Send daily clearance requests and process new hire folders within 24 hours
Support recruiting efforts by reviewing candidates and reposting open roles weekly
Propose process improvements to make our workflows faster smarter and more efficient
Partner with HR and compliance teams to keep everything accurate and audit-ready
Jump in to help with staffing needs and internal projects when needed
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree (or relevant experience)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and email for data entry and communication
Comfortable working with diverse teams and fast-changing priorities
Positive attitude willingness to learn and fearless curiosity
